When we told him that we wanted to be able to upsize locally, not only did Cameron help coordinate a fantastic series of search parameters, but he also helped us select a number of homes to view based on what he believed our preferences were. Even though Cameron did not need to, he has helped us through the design and construction process, helping us work with the lender beyond any previous realtor we've ever worked with (who was a construction company preferred agent to boot!). Cameron even joined us on design appointments and walkthroughs to make sure we were able to capture our dream while providing the best advice he could based on his vast knowledge base, and understanding of our preferences. Currently, the house is just a few months away from completion and Cameron still checks in weekly to see how things are going. Cameron made the previously hellacious experience of dealing with real estate agents a truly enjoyable one and he has the highest recommendations that we could offer.
